As a lover of the sea and the beach, I feel grateful for the opportunity to work for several years on the island that is beautifully enchanting. Palau. If you ever watch the TV series Survivor, will know where Palau is located. It’s not known for Palau compared to other island nations like the Maldives, Tahiti or Fiji. But, Palau remains a tourist destination is very beautiful and worth a visit. Most tourist who visited Palau are divers because this place is the Paradise for Diving Freaks!
Located 800 kilometers east of the Philippines, Palau is known as one of the most beautiful islands in the archipelago, including Micronesia. Brief history of Palau that you need to learn is the care of Palau is a country of Japan. In 1914 Japan bought Palau from Germany and the master of this country until World War II. In 1944 the United States won Palau from Japan and make this country as one of the United States representative in the Pacific Ocean. Thus, the currency used in Palau today is the U.S. dollar and the governance structure that is used is also similar to the United States.
