More than 40 years ago, when I first visited Bangkok, one of the most impressive tourist attraction for me is the floating market. At that time, Bangkok’s floating market is located at around Wat Arun. Hundreds of traders selling wares from small boats that dikayuh quietly milled around the area. This was indeed the market to meet the everyday needs of local residents.

Unfortunately, year after year, who used the famous floating market in Bangkok this decreases its quality as a tourist attraction. About ten years ago, when I “persuaded” by the water taxi driver to visit the floating market, I was ushered into a traditional market near Wat Sai, Bangkok. Indeed, there is a land market is quite crowded. However, operating to sell merchandise from a small boat on the Chao Phraya river’s child could be counted on fingers. Jualannya was not impressive.

Other canoes lined up to buy the duck noodles. The good, to overcome the bottlenecks, tourist boats should not be “parked”. Then, how to restore the noodle bowl? Easy! Rose garden
Damnoen Saduak Because some distance outside of Bangkok, the other a tourism object also created to “capture” of tourists who visit Bangkok this western region. This place is known by the name of the Rose Garden. Originally this place is organizing a conference venues international orchid.

Former Royal
The Grand Palace is an historic place in Thailand. Once, this place is the center of government and royal family residence. However, since the early 20th century, the King of Thailand is no longer settled here. Now, the function turned into a museum. This place is located at the Ko Rattanakosin area, an ancient town in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand. The Grand Palace complex surrounded by white walls along the 1900 meters. Extensive building was erected in 1782 reached 218,000 square meters.

Houses For Emerald Buddha Statues In the northern part of this complex, there is the Royal Monastery of the Emerald Buddha. This is a golden mansion as a place for the Emerald Buddha statue. The statue was seen sitting cross-legged on a golden throne in traditional Thai style. There are three Emerald Buddhist statue temple placed alternately in one year. Each statue is placed on the ongoing season, ie summer, monsoon and winter.

Historically, the statue of Emerald Buddha was first discovered by an abbot in a stupa in the city of Chiang Rai, year 1434. Until now, the temple was still functioning as a place of worship for the Buddhist community in Thailand. The Buddhist tourists even took time to pray for a moment.

Obey rules
When my friends come here, you should use a neat clothes. Do not even try, wearing shorts, sleeveless T-shirt, and flip-flops. Surely the officer would not give permission. If you still want to go, the officer will offer lending long cloth, shirts, and footwear used pickup for visitors. But this is not free.  We also have open footwear that went into the room where the Emerald Buddha is located. In the sacred places, we can not use the camera.
