More than 40 years ago, when I first visited Bangkok, one of the most impressive tourist attraction for me is the floating market. At that time, Bangkok’s floating market is located at around Wat Arun. Hundreds of traders selling wares from small boats that dikayuh quietly milled around the area. This was indeed the market to meet the everyday needs of local residents.
Unfortunately, year after year, who used the famous floating market in Bangkok this decreases its quality as a tourist attraction. About ten years ago, when I “persuaded” by the water taxi driver to visit the floating market, I was ushered into a traditional market near Wat Sai, Bangkok. Indeed, there is a land market is quite crowded. However, operating to sell merchandise from a small boat on the Chao Phraya river’s child could be counted on fingers. Jualannya was not impressive.
There is a middle-aged women boating with cooler-boxes continue to woo tourists to buy beer persuasion. There is another boat that offers some postcards and souvenir items. The roads to Bangkok, Thailand, is not complete if you do not visit the Grand Palace complex. This is the place that became a symbol of Thailand. We refer to this place splendor story.
Former Royal
The Grand Palace is an historic place in Thailand. Once, this place is the center of government and royal family residence. However, since the early 20th century, the King of Thailand is no longer settled here. Now, the function turned into a museum. This place is located at the Ko Rattanakosin area, an ancient town in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand. The Grand Palace complex surrounded by white walls along the 1900 meters.
